Movich Hotels’s Frequent Asked Questions allows you to reserve one (1) room per booking for up to two (2) adults and two (2) children, depending on your chosen hotel. You need to make separate reservations for each room you require.

You may make bookings for accommodation, experiences or offers at up to twenty-four (24) hours before your arrival.

It is a website through which you may make bookings or purchases online in an efficient and secure way. It also provides information relevant to your stay, such as hotel events, city information, offers and promotions, as well as other online facilities to make your experience and stay with us an unforgettable one.

Yes. You will always be offered the same price independently of the channel you decide to use to pay for your bookings.

If you do not arrive at the hotel (a no-show) or you cancel the booking outside of the permitted time frame your credit card will be charged for the cost of the first night of the reservation. If you made full payment for your reservation before arrival and request a refund, the amount will be repaid in full minus the charge for the first night.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club.

Yes, with the authorization of the cardholder. It is important that the person be informed that in case of incurring a penalty for cancellation or modification of or non-use of ser-vices, charges will be made to that card.

You have 24 hours from the moment of booking within which to make payment. After this period the booking will be cancelled.

Currently all our transactions are processed in Colombian pesos for credit cards issued in Colombia. International credit cards are processed in the currency of the country where the card was issued. Current exchange rates apply.

Our rates may change without prior notice. It is possible that information given on previ-ous enquiries may have changed, as well as availability. We recommend that on finding a suitable rate for a room in one of our hotels you make your booking immediately.

All offers are subject to availability and apply to a limited number of rooms. That is why on occasions a promotional price is no longer available. When this happens the system will automatically show you the next most economical rate.

Our hotels have rooms with capacity for two adults and two children. These rooms are subject to availability. We also have special areas to help make your family stay a comfortable one.

All our rates at the hotels Movich Las Lomas, Movich Pereira and Movich Cartagena include taxes, charges and insurance.
Rates at the Intercontinental Hotel Medellin are in dollars and do not include taxes or ho-tel insurance. These need to be paid at the time of check-in.

Our hotels offer an airport-hotel-airport transfer service, which must be requested beforehand. Additional charges may apply for this service.

When you pay for your booking online you can check the services that are included and excluded. If you use services not included in the initial booking these will incur an additional charge.

You pay for your reservation directly at the hotel. Remember that if you do not pay within the time frame specified by the online agency you will be charged a penalty to your credit card.

If during your stay you require additional or special services you may request them when you make your booking by clicking on the “preferences” option or via our booking center.

Only those who will be using one of the hotel services or wish to use the swimming pool, restaurants, spa or other facilities. The corresponding payment must be made for each service.

For security reasons visitors who are not paying guests are not allowed into the rooms. If you require accommodation for an additional person you must pay the corresponding charge. For your convenience we reserve the right to refuse admission to the hotel.

You may smoke in outdoor areas. In accordance with Colombian law it is prohibited to smoke in enclosed spaces. The rooms have smoke detectors to prevent smoking in the rooms.
